FIGMENT DETROIT: GETTING THERE

FIGMENT Detroit 2011 is held on Belle Isle Park, Detroit, Michigan. Located at 8109 East Jefferson Avenue, Belle Isle sits in the middle of the Detroit River on the U.S. – Canada border.

You can get to the island from Detroit by crossing the Belle Isle Bridge. The bridge is about three miles east of Downtown Detroit off of East Jefferson Avenue. Once there FIGMENT DETROIT will be just north of the Children’s Park by the street Children’s Way between Central Avenue and Loiter Way.

Directions to Belle Isle

Traveling East on I-94
Follow I-94 E to I-96 E via exit 213B toward Canada. Merge onto I-75 N towards Flint from the left lane. Merge onto I-375 S towards Downtown. Take the exit towards Jefferson Ave. E. Stay straight to go onto Chrysler Drive. Turn left onto E Jefferson Ave and follow it to Belle Isle.

Traveling West on I-94
Follow I-94 W to the Gratiot Ave exit and turn right (onto Gratiot Ave). Take a slight left onto Warren and then quickly turn left onto E Grand Boulevard. Follow E Grand Boulevard to Belle Isle.

Traveling East on I-96
Follow I-96 E to I-696 E towards Port Huron. Take I-75 S towards Detroit to I-375 S, exit 51C towards Civic Center.
Take the exit towards Jefferson Ave. E. Stay straight to go onto Chrysler Drive. Turn left onto E Jefferson Ave and follow it to Belle Isle.

Traveling North on I-75
Follow I-75 N to I-375 S towards Downtown. Take the exit towards Jefferson Ave. E. Stay straight to go onto Chrysler Drive. Turn left onto E Jefferson Ave and follow it to Belle Isle.

Traveling South on I-75
Follow I-75 S to I-375 S, exit 51C towards Civic Center. Take the exit towards Jefferson Ave. E. Stay straight to go onto Chrysler Drive. Turn left onto E Jefferson Ave and follow it to Belle Isle.
